Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TeamFellow (“TeamFellow”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta

TeamFellow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. We connect to a WhatsApp number the same way the official WhatsApp Web client does, using the number you link and its own linked-device session — we do not use WhatsApp's official Business API.

Linking a personal or business number this way may fall outside WhatsApp's own Terms of Service, and WhatsApp/Meta may suspend, restrict, or ban a linked number at their sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. This is entirely outside our control. You link your WhatsApp number and use TeamFellow at your own risk. We are not liable for any suspension, ban, loss of access, or loss of data on your WhatsApp account resulting from your use of TeamFellow.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Plans and billing

TeamFellow offers Free, Pro, and Max plans, each with a limit on how many WhatsApp accounts you can connect. Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar.sh, our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in the app. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TeamFellow to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or malware.
• Violate any applicable law or WhatsApp's own terms and policies.
• Harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone, or send content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we're required to by law. You can stop using TeamFellow and delete your account at any time.

6. No warranty

TeamFellow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a WhatsApp connection will remain stable — this depends in part on WhatsApp's own systems, which we don't control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamFellow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of messages, data, or access to your WhatsApp account.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
