A few things that come with connecting over WhatsApp Web's own protocol instead of the Paid WhatsApp official Business APIs:

The phone only needs to be online to pair the WhatsApp account. Once connected, this runs independently, even if that phone goes offline afterward.
If that phone stays offline for a very long stretch (multiple weeks), WhatsApp may eventually drop the link — you'd just need to re-pair the WhatsApp account again.
TeamFellow does not store your WhatsApp data. If your WhatsApp reset/update your access permissions (in some cases), older conversations may no longer be available. New messages will sync as they arrive, but you may need to re-pair the WhatsApp account again to sync your chat history.

It's not a replacement for WhatsApp's official Business API, and it won't get you a verified green checkmark.
